TO  OUR  VALUED  FOREIGN  CUSTOMERS  :

Our Mail order Catalog (135 pages ,size DIN A 4 ) can be ordered against prepayment of 15 Euro including all cost of mailing within the European Union and associated european countries. You have to pay this amount  in advance via money transfer to our  Post bank account in German or Euro currency, resp. you can add this amount in cash to your catalog order (registered mail only) . Please be so kind and send us no cheques for payment of catalog fees, we have to charge you 7 Euro cost to cash these cheques on our account . The catalog fee of 10 Euro will be deducted from your first order exceeding the total amount of 100 Euro , excluding shipping cost . You may collect smaller orders until the total amount of minimum 100 Euro is reached, so we are able to deduct the catalog fee from your order . No sample or trial orders , resp. orders below 100 Euro ! Sorry , no exceptions !!!
SHIPPING  &  PAYMENT  INFORMATIONS  :

The Minimum order must be 100 Euro net, without shipping cost . The Maximum weight of each shipping box and each shipment is 30 Kilograms . You are able to estimate the shipping cost of your order in connection with our proforma invoice . After receipt of your order we will send you our proforma invoice showing all prices for merchandise , as well as shipping cost . Delivery will be made after receipt of your prepayment on our Postal Bank Account, resp. after receipt of your certified Bank cheque .
Online  credit card payments will be no longer accepted .
 We will hold your ordered merchandise reserved for you at least 14 days awaiting your payment . We cancel your order in case we didn`t receive your payment resp. payment avis within 14 days . We don`t accept C.O.D. Orders to be shipped to foreign countries . The german purchase tax is included in all our invoices and will not be deducted for shipments to EU- countries . In this case , the receiver has to pay no additional import charges . For deliveries to non EU - countries we deduct the german purchase tax from all our prices, your invoice shows net prices only .
